Located on Mackworth Road, on the left hand side on the way to the beach. This is a period house built circa 1906 and as such I have tried to retain its character and charm. Because of this it may not be suitable for all. Please contact me to discuss suitability for persons with poor mobility.

The bungalow has its own off street parking on a 2 car driveway to the front. It also has access via a rear laneway.

2 small steps lead from the drive to a gently sloping pathway rising to the front      steps.

There are 3 large steps up to the front door.

The bungalow has no internal steps or stairs.

One small step at the back door leads to the rear yard.
